ハメハメハ大王：人生は開き直りの繰り返し😂😂😂/Go with a flow...

本当は一昨日の夜に作る予定だったお好み焼き。買い物行って見事に卵を買い忘れ（お好み作るのに卵買い忘れる奴。。😦）、もう一度スーパーに戻ればよいものを、風邪強いし、雨降ってるし。。。。　っとハメハメハ大王のような理由を付けて、「んまっ　今夜はパスタでいいか！」っと開き直り。

昨日は、勉強帰りに、しっかりとスーパーで卵を買ってきました。青のりや鰹節をのせて、、、っとまあ贅沢なお好み。

今朝もしっかりと3枚食べて、大学にも行かず家でブログを書いている次第です。😮　（いいのかそれで。。。）

今日は郵便局に荷物を受け取りに行かなくてはいけなく、アパートからは、大学と反対方向にあるので、まあ、今日は大学行かなくても家で勉強しようと。

During the weekend, I wanted to make okonomiyaki and went for shopping to get the staff, but I forgot to buy eggs (seriously,,, how one can forget eggs when you were making okonomi...😑). I could have gone back to the store, but it was windy, raining, and cold....😆 So, I did not go back.... Instead, I made pasta for dinner.😂

Yesterday, I made sure to get the eggs on my home from school. This okonomiyaki was extravagant (in my humble living wage...lol), used aonori and katsuobushi as you can see. I ate 3 servings this morning, prepared for Monday as I am staying home to study. There is a package I have to pick up from Posti, and the direction of the place is opposite from my university. So, I decided to stay my apt today, enjoy this weather and view, and study.

金曜は寝たのが早かったのか知らんが、夜中に目が覚めてしまったので、暫くベッドでだらけてから、ふっと、ナンが食べたくなったので作ろうかと。

常温でねかすのもちょっと寒いかなと思い、オーブンをあっためてその上に放置。

Friday night, I woke up in the middle of the night, and could not go back to bed. I just got out bed and started making naan. It was a little chilly. So, I turned on the oven and placed the dough on the top of the stove. 

草木も眠った丑三つ時に、何やらをこねる怪しい奴。😂

結局、目分量で適当に作ったので、ナンではなくピタになった。。。「ナンが食べたかったのに。。。。😭」っと思うも、まあ人生はこんなもんと開き直り。

私の人生は開き直りでできているようなもの。。。😂😂😂

Since I really didn't measure the ingredients, it turned out more like pita bread than naan... Oh well,,, it's like life...😂😂😂  One of my life mottoes is "go with a flow..."😆

仕上げはそれにサラダを乗っけて、市販のサーモンの燻製。

中々おいしかったけど、ナン、違った、ピタが結構ずっしりとお腹にたまった。

今日はとても気持ちの良い清々しい日。

補助金申請書をあと一つ、今夜パートナーと一緒に仕上げます。論文も、先週の後半から、がらりと構成を変えて直しています。だんだんと言い具合に納まってきた（っと思っている）ので、今週中に何とか最初の下書きを終わらせたいと思っています。

I made sandwiches with salad and smoked salmon. It was good, but the bread was very heavy and filling.

We are having a lovely morning. I will enjoy today working from home. Only one application left to submit, and I will be working on my article, which I completely changed the structure last week. I think I am happier now about the article and will try to finish the first draft by this weekend.
