味をしめた僕は：飲兵衛の名にかけて

今日は何気に25度以上いきそうな暑いヘルシンキ。大学まで歩いて来る時は11時過ぎで23度くらい。少し汗をかきました。

家族のLINE会話を見てみると、日本はどうやら猛暑のようだそうで、、、皆さまどうか気おつけて下さい。

ここ最近なまけ気味なので、朝はしっかりとジムへ行ってまいりました。一回怠けるとズルズルとなまけ癖が付く。。。気合を入れて奪回です。😂

It is supposed to go up to 25c today in Helsinki. This is a summer day! It was around 23c when I was walking to the uni around 11 am. My family in Japan was talking about the extreme heat today for which there is no comparison between Japan and Finland.

This morning, I went to the gym, which I have become sluggish to go. So, it was time for me to kick myself to go back to my routine.

とうとうきました、近所のKスーパーマーケット！！！

アジア料品はこの右側のアイルに少しあったのですが、今日、これ見た途端足が止まり息を飲みました😲　もしかして、ずっとあった。。。？　否、あったらいくらほげえ～っとしている僕でも気づくはずだ😓

マヨちゃんが売ってるし、、、それも死ぬほど高い。。。😱

写真には載ってないですが、一番上の段には春巻き用の皮や大きな海苔も売っています。

そちらは市の日本料品店に比べてもそこまで高くないし。。。

メッチャ嬉しいな～～～～～😁

I think this is new!? I saw this section in my neighbour K-Supermarket, and boy, I was so shocked and happy. There is Japanese mayo!!!!!,,,, though look at the price...😱 On the top shelf (not in this photo),

there is seaweed and spring roll wrap, which seems not that expensive compared to buy them in the Japanese market in the city.😎

It melted my heart and had to take a picture... I am sure people were like,,, what is he doing...?😒

有難いことに、友達から大量に貰った食品がまだふんだんに残っているので買う必要無し😎 でも、今度春巻き作りたい。。。

Thankfully, I still have much necessary Japanese staff, thanks to my friends. So, I don't have to buy anything,, yet.😎

 

今日のお買い物はこれ、これで35ユーロって大特価でしょ～～😎😎😎

何気に知る人ぞ知る飲兵衛な僕。日本でもあるけど、こちらのスーパーでも空き缶や瓶、ペットボトルなどの換金マシーンが置いてあって、僕は1ヵ月くらい溜めておいて一気に換金します。

空き缶は15セントで大きなペットボトルは40セントとかで、まあ、ささやかではありますが、溜めれば大きい。

それでわたくしは11ユーロ20セントも貰えました。。。。。ってか、お前がそれだけ飲んでるだけだろうが、、、、それに買ったビールの半分の金額にもなってねえし、、、

いや、しかし、少しでも還って来てくれることは有り難い！

っということで、食料品や洗濯洗剤など、結構買うことができて、朝から気分がすっきり。

買い物では食料品買いが一番好きな奴なので（。。。っは？）もうルンルン。

I bought all those items with little over 35euro.😏 I thought it was incredibly cheap. Well, supermarkets around here have machines that you can bring cans, glass bottles, and plastic bottles for the recycle, and give you some money back as well. (ex. 40c for a big plastic bottle and 15c for a can).

So, if you know me well, I am a drinker...😂😂😂 So, I usually save all the cans and bottles for a month, then bring them to get some grocery money back. This morning, I brought big trash-bag full of beer cans and soda plastic bottles, which added up to 11.20 back😮.

People love shopping for clothes, jewellery, and interior goods, but me,,,, I love grocery shopping the most.😆 This made me very happy, and it was a great start of the day. 

　

きゅうり様、この前の漬物の味をしめて3本買ってきました。その内2本を漬物に。味付けはこの前と同じ、

塩（今回は塩水）

酢

砂糖

昆布（数切れ）

をタッパーに。

この前、Facebookのビデオで上にお皿をのっけてから蓋をしているのを見たので、そういや漬物石とか乗っけてるもんな～～～っと思い、小さなタッパーを上に置きその上から蓋を。。。。

閉まらない。。。。😑

でも暫く漬けておけばきゅうりもしな～っとなって蓋も閉まるようになるだろう、、、っと蓋をできないまま冷蔵庫行き。。。　って、適当、、、、ってか意味ないよな。。。😒

こんなんで料理してますとか言っちゃ駄目よね。。。😂😂😂

I bought 3 cucumbers because I loooved the pickles I made last time. This morning, I cut 2 of them and placed them in a tapper. I used the same ingredients,

salt (saltwater)

rice vinegar

sugar

konbu (kelp)

Several cooking videos were showing placing something like a plate on top of the vegetables and close the tab. Now I remember people use tsukemono-ishi (pickle stone) in Japan. So, I had an idea to place a small tapper, then close.

But I couldn't seal it...

Well,,, I will just wait till the cucumbers get a little softer. Then I will be able to seal it.😂 Well, I just put it in a refrige anyway...😑

今晩は鳥モモとアスパラで大好きなペンネパスタだ！　と心に決めているので、朝は軽くサンドイッチと昨日作っておいた葡萄酢ベースのサラダ。

いつもはターキーとゴーダチーズにきゅうりも加わりますが、別にサラダがあるからいいやということで、何ともつまらない色のサンドになりました。

I have already planned that the dinner will be penne pasta with asparagus and chicken thigh, which is one of my favourite pasta recipes. So, I made an easy sandwich with turkey and gouda cheese. Also, there was a salad I made yesterday, which is grape vinegar-based.

こうやってパンやらお菓子やらの食べかすは別の容器に移して取っておきます。

朝方、外に置いておけば鳥たちが恐る恐る食べに来ます。4月から3～5匹ほどよく来ていて、見ていて何とも心が和むので、誘き寄せ餌です😆

I always save those crumbles, including snacks and crackers. There have been little birdies visiting my window since April. So, I usually leave some for them to eat.
