さてま、日曜は朝から何を食べようか思案して、
とりあえず前のチキン料理で冷凍しておいた垂れを使おうかと。
😐 それと、すっかりと麦茶のバッグだと思って待っていた飲み物が、実は昆布茶かダシかなんかと判明し、ちょうどいいじゃないかと麦茶容器から全て投入。😂
Sunday morning, I was not sure what I wanted to cook. So, I started with warming up the leftover juice from the chicken from the previous post.
And,,, there was a bottle in the refrigerator that I thought it was mugi-cha (wheat tea?), but it turned out to be either konbu-cha or dashi. 😂 So, I added the entire bottle to the source pan.
とりあえず具は冷蔵庫に残っているもの。それにこの前のパスタで使わなかった一切れの豚肉をぶつ切りで入れる。今週はどれだけスーパーに行かないで頑張れるか!😆 (って絶対ビール飲みたくて買い出し行くくせに。。。😦)
Other ingredients were whatever I could find in the refrige. Also, there was a slice of pork left from the pasta I cooked in Thursday for my Japanese friends farewell dinner. This week, I have been challenging myself how long I will be able to survive without going to a grocery shopping. (well,,, I am sure I will need to go get my beers soon..😆)
とにかく煮る。。。
この時点で何を作るか不明。。。煮てる最中に考える。。。
I was trying to decide what exactly I would cook while I was cooking😂
冷凍してあるホワイトソース(+チーズ)を混ぜてシチューにしようかとも思ったけど、
冷凍保存してあった売れ残り(食べ残し😒)のご飯を入れて雑炊にしよう!!!
One time, I thought about adding a white source+cheese I left it in the freezer, but I thought more about leftover cooked rice, which was also kept frozen.
っと素敵な案が浮かんだので早速ありったけの冷凍白米を入れる。
蓋をしてしば~らく煮込む。
チキンと豚から良い出汁が出ていい匂い😍
I decided with the latter and added it into the pan to make Zosui.
一人鍋を良くするので、その後は絶対に雑炊を作って食べてます。
鍋は2日食べて3日目に雑炊。何とも有難い料理です。
それに料理と言ってもいいのかというくらい簡単だし健康的。
I often make myself a hot-pot for a meal, which I can easily eat for 2 days. Then, I can make Zosui with whatever left and the juice. It is so easy to make and healthy.
日本人様、、、あんたらは天才よ。。。。って多分中国か韓国から伝来したものの気がするけど。
とにかく人間のご先祖様、ありがとうございます。😊
From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely thank my ancestors who came up with this food.😆
質素ですが出来上がりです。
It is simple, but it's done.
味は少し薄めだったので、お皿にとって食べる時に、気分によって塩か麺つゆ(これも絶対必需品)を少量足して食べるといいかもしれません。
The flavour was very light for which you could add salt or men-tsuyu as you wish.
ほんとは2日間食べる予定だったのに1時間ほどでペロッとたいらげちまった。。。。😳
My first plan was to eat this over 2 days, BUT I ate them all within an hour....😳
午後は大学の教授とヘルシンキの南のエイラという地域へ。僕の近所の入江とは違ってオープンシー😎 気温も25度前後あって結構な人で賑わってました。
In the afternoon, my supervisor took me to Eira, which I love this place with the open sea! It was very warm and were lots of people.
海沿いを歩きながら、まずは最初のバーで。
教授がビール、おごってくれました。😊
こんな場所でビール何て、贅沢。😁
We walked along the shore and had the first beer at s seafront seats.😎
Life is just beautiful....😊
その後は更に南へ海沿いに歩く。
After the beer, we continued travelling south on foot.
よく遊ぶ仲の良い友達は、2人ともバケーションとってて、それぞれ彼女とサマーコッテージに行ったりサイクリングしたりしてるので、僕にとってこれがささやかなバケーションになりました。
I have 2 very close friends who both are taking a vacation with their girlfriends now (staying summer cottage and bicycling). So, I felt this was my vacation, and it was a pretty good one, thanks to my supervisor!😎
Our second bar, we were also able to sit in the seafront seats.😊We had 2 beers there and talked about my research, among other things. It was such a fabulous time that I did not know I needed it.😄
