The Holy Chalice
This was painted in 2008.
When I had a group show at my university, one of the political science professors bought the painting. We became very good friends ever since.
There are lots of textures on this painting because the clay was used for some parts. The anime-like stylisation of a figure is typical of my painting. This piece became one of my favourites, and I was glad the artwork found a great home.
