 油彩にリクイッド・ゴールドを使った絵です。

気に入っているので、これは売らずに家の玄関に飾っております。
友達の多くもこの絵を気に入ってくれてるようで、欲しいと言ってくれますが、、、　　駄目です。。。笑

ダヴィンチ・コードの影響を受けたことは言うまでもありません。。笑

This piece is a combination of oil and liquid gold.
It is hanged at the entrance of my house. Some of my friends often ask me if I want to sell it. But,,, no.... lol
I was such a huge fan of the Davinci Code by Dan Brown. This was my response to the story.

Project Meus Bible: page 1

ぱったりと止まってしまった制作活動。
いつかまた復帰したいところです。

高校生の時に書いた詩。近所の土手にかかる大きな橋の真ん中で見た川の上の神々しいような朝日と、その光を乱反射していた朝霧。

高校3年生は受験とその他のことで軽い鬱になっていたので、
こんな風景がとても心に染みたんだろうと思います。

This project has been on hold for several years, but I have every intention to start it again someday. (I think I said that many times already...lol)

I wrote poetry when I was a senior high school student. At that time, I had difficulty keeping up with entrance exams for the universities, which I failed them all. I was in light depression.

For that, the scene I saw in that morning where I was standing on the middle of the large bridge looking east, sunrise, which the sunray was reflecting in the morning mist. It was a beautiful sight and gave me a peaceful feeling.

blizzard

デジタルで遊んでいたらできたものです。

冬が一番好きな季節なので、詩と合わせて、全体的に冬や冷たさを主題にした作品が多いかもしれません。

This is a digital piece.
Winter is my favourite season, which I prefer cold than warm and hot. I think many of my paintings and poetry represents my love for winter and coldness.

Abstract Expressionism

この2枚の油絵は、2009年、初めてNYCへ行き抽象画やAbstract Expressionismの絵をまじかで見て、それに触発されて描いた絵です。

この時すでに抽象画の方向へは走っていたのですが、どうしても踏ん切りがつかない時に、Jackson PollockやKandinsky、deKooningなどの絵に感動してしまい。試さずにはいられなかったジャンルでした。

写実的な絵を完成させた時よりも、充実感が断然違うのに自分でも驚きました。

この2つの絵をきっかけに僕のAbstract Expressionismの時代が始まりました。
幸運なことに、2つとも売れました。

These two pieces were the product of my very first visit to NYC in 2009. My piece was selected in one of the juried show. So it gave me an excuse to travel there. At MOMA and MET, I saw and experienced the power of abstract and abstract expressionism works, such as by Jackson Pollock, Kandinsky, and de Kooning. At that time, I was already moving away from a realistic depiction. However, I could not break through to the realm of the abstract.

However, when I finished those paintings, I felt far better satisfaction than finishing a realistic art.
Ever since, I paint both realistic and abstract to balance my interests and emotional (cancerean) swing..lol

I was lucky that those two paintings were sold.

but, it never healed

誰もが持っている癒えない傷というものをテーマに何となく作った作品です。
アセンブリッジ手法で作るのが何気に好きで、とにかく物が捨てられない僕にとってはもってこいなのかもしれません。

This piece represents that everybody has scars that have never healed, which could be physical and/or mental. Assemblage has been one of my favourite media to work with. It works really well since I tend to be a hoarder...lol

moonchild

デジタルです。
僕の生まれは7月で”典型的”な蟹座。
ということで月の影響を最も受ける星座でもあります。

感情的であり内向的、保守的なのがまさに僕そのもの。。。笑

おかげで月が好きで、僕の絵には月が良く出てきます。ムーンストーンも大好きで指輪などをよくつけてもいます。

月が無ければ地球上に命は生まれなかったという説も聞いたことがありますが、
そうなると、地球上の全ての命の源になるというわけです。

何を描いているか分からない投稿になってしまいました。

This is a digital piece.

I was born in July, and my sign is cancer,,, and I am a very straight forward typical cancer character; very moody, protective/shelled, and introvert. My obsession towards the moon is also visible on many of my artworks. I often wear a moonstone ring as well.

There is a theory that life on the earth started because of the gravity of the moon, which the moon is a source of all the lives on the earth.

Project Oracle Card: Oneself

オラクルカードの'Oneself”というカードです。
訳すると自分自身とか自我とかそんな意味になるでしょうか。

ちょっとかポーズが硬直してしまったのが難点ですが、全体的には何となく気に入っています。

This card is one of the Oracle Card, "Oneself".
Though the figure seems a little bit stiff, I still like it.
